EA Sports UFC 6 is reportedly targeting a June 19, 2026 release on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, with a PC version also said to be in development but not tied to a firm launch window.
The reported date comes from Insider Gaming’s Mike Straw, who cited information linked to Dealabs leaker billbil-kun. EA Sports and the UFC have not confirmed the release date, the platforms, any editions or the cover athletes, but one name is already circulating: Alex Pereira.
Pereira is rumored to front the game, and the timing would give the UFC star an unusual spotlight. He is set to face Ciryl Gane in an interim heavyweight title fight on June 14, 2026, at the UFC event on the South Lawn, just five days before the game’s reported launch. If the date holds, the fighter linked to the cover would be stepping into one of the year’s biggest bouts and then, almost immediately, into the marketing run-up for the next entry in EA’s UFC series.
The speculation has a foothold because Pereira is already part of EA’s current fighting ecosystem. UFC 5, which launched on October 27, 2023 for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, lists him on its roster page among the featured active fighters. That keeps him visible inside the franchise even as the company has stayed silent about the next game’s formal details.
The gap between rumor and confirmation remains the real story here. EA has not said when UFC 6 will arrive, whether it will reach PC at launch, or who will appear on the box.
