New posters resembling the logo for appeared in Manhattan on Monday, and the musical’s official Instagram account quickly matched the look by changing its profile picture. The account also wiped its posts and updated its bio to read, “THE TRUTH IS I NEVER LEFT YOU.”

Hours later, added to the chatter with an Instagram Story showing her wearing a hat that said “BOOKED.” The posts landed as speculation swirled around whether the West End revival, which closed its limited run on 6 September 2025, could be headed for Broadway.

The reaction was immediate because the production has already been linked, at least publicly, to a possible 2027 Broadway transfer. , and Zegler have all spoken about the hope of taking the revival across the Atlantic, though no official announcement has been made. If it happens, it would mark Zegler’s Broadway musical debut.

The new tease comes after a strong London run for the production, which began previews at the London Palladium on 14 June 2025 and opened on 1 July 2025. Zegler made her West End debut as Eva in Jamie Lloyd’s staging, with as Che, as Juan Perón, Aaron Lee Lambert as Agustín Magaldi and Bella Brown as The Mistress/Alternate Eva. The revival won several , and Zegler took Best Actress in a Musical.

There is still no official confirmation that Evita is heading to Broadway, and that gap matters more than the marketing flourish. The posters and the Instagram reset look designed to feed the idea, but they do not settle it. For now, the clearest answer is that the production is being staged in public like something that is not finished with audiences yet.
