FC Bayern can become German champions on Sunday evening, and they need only a draw against VfB Stuttgart at 17.30 Uhr on DAZN to do it. If they avoid defeat, Bayern will move 13 points clear of Borussia Dortmund with four matchdays left.
Vincent Kompany marked the buildup on Saturday midday with his final training session at the Säbener Straße, then invited the players’ partners to a family gathering behind the screen at the training ground. An ice cream truck and a small coffee stand from Alrighty Coffee were part of the scene, and Anika Neuer, Lina Kimmich and Ines-Sarah Laimer were among those who came.
Ines-Sarah Laimer later posted a photo on Instagram showing the ice cream truck and the Alrighty-Coffee stand, underlining how tightly Bayern have wrapped this title chance into a club-wide day at the training ground. Manuel Neuer is involved in the Munich coffee roastery Alrighty Coffee, which added another Bayern link to the setup.
This would be Bayern’s 35th German championship if they get the result they need against Stuttgart. Kompany has also been organizing family gatherings behind a screen at the training ground from time to time in recent weeks, using them to promote cohesion inside the club as the title race reaches its final stretch.
For Bayern, the next step is simple and unforgiving: one point against Stuttgart and the title is theirs. That leaves the match at the center of Sunday night not just as another league game, but as the moment the season can be decided.
