Soccer World Rankings update keeps Spain at No. 1 and the United States at No. 2 as England rises to third and Germany slips to fourth.

Spain kept the No. 1 spot in the latest /Coca-Cola Women's World Ranking, with the United States staying at No. 2 as the gap at the top widened to 28.44 points. Spain sits on 2,083.09 points, while the has 2,054.65 points.

England moved up one place to third, while Germany slipped to fourth in the latest update. The movement comes after the last edition of the ranking was released in August, when England also climbed one place to third, Germany fell to fourth, and Japan jumped three spots to fifth.

The latest table also showed the United States going 2-1 against in its most recent matches, a result that did not change the overall order at the top. FIFA says teams are ranked according to a value that measures their actual strength, and that the rating points can reveal a considerable amount about each side’s standing.

Beyond the leading four, Canada and the Netherlands each rose one place to break into the top 10, while Korea DPR dropped out to 11th. At the other end of the table, American Samoa made the biggest move, climbing 17 places, while Suriname suffered the largest fall, dropping 14 places.

The next will be published June 16, 2026, giving teams months to try to change the picture before the table is refreshed again.
