sued on Wednesday, accusing the reality star, her company and several staffing firms of racial discrimination, harassment and wage violations in a new workplace complaint filed in Los Angeles County.

The lawsuit names Jenner, Kylie Jenner Inc., staff supervisor , and . Soto says she started working for Jenner in May 2019 and that meal and rest breaks were withheld for the first few years. She alleges the treatment worsened in late 2023, when Sibrian became her direct supervisor.

Soto says she filed a Human Resources complaint in 2024 after Sibrian mocked her accent, immigration status and race and called her stupid. The suit says Sibrian was temporarily removed after the complaint and then put back in place. Soto alleges the retaliation that followed included a cut in her hourly wage, heavier workloads, schedule changes and a threat that she would be fired on her birthday if she did not stay late. She says she missed her own surprise party because she remained at work.

The complaint also says that in late 2024, housekeeping supervisors and took over leadership and denied Soto enough time off to grieve after the sudden death of her brother. Soto says she was told to report to work immediately after his death and that staff members whispered she was lying about it, then forced her to pick up trash they had thrown on the ground. She says she was harassed again when she asked to attend her brother's funeral Mass.

In April 2025, Soto says she wrote a long letter to Jenner describing the alleged abuse, discrimination and retaliation and placed it on Jenner's massage bed before a massage. The letter, according to the suit, said, “I need to express just how terribly I am mentally abused” and, “I really apologize for letting you know about all these situations, I know you wouldn’t allow this to happen, if you were aware of it.” Soto says she was threatened with termination the next day and told never to contact Jenner again. The suit says she was also told she was no longer allowed to look at Jenner, smile at her, and that if she saw Jenner she would have to disappear.

A representative for Jenner declined to comment Thursday and said Jenner had not yet seen the lawsuit. The new filing comes a week after another housekeeper brought a separate lawsuit against Jenner alleging co-worker harassment and discrimination, deepening the legal pressure around the household staff claims. For Jenner, the question is no longer whether one employee is unhappy; it is whether the allegations point to a wider pattern inside the household and how the company will answer that in court.
