has lost joint custody of the four children she shares with , after a judge granted Biermann temporary sole physical custody in a ruling tied to their latest court fight. The exes will continue to share joint legal custody, but Biermann now has final say on education, non-emergency medical care and religious decisions.

The ruling came after Biermann filed an emergency motion in March seeking sole custody, arguing that Zolciak neglects their kids. He also told the court she left the country for a month to film for two upcoming reality TV shows, saying she was not acting like a present parent. According to new court documents reviewed by TMZ, a judge sided with him.

Zolciak said the decision is only temporary until the return court date on May 21st, when she said the couple will have a full hearing. She said she is looking forward to that date and wants the process over for her children, adding that the family will finally have an opportunity to present the truth.

The custody fight is the latest turn in a long legal saga involving the alums. They had previously been operating under a temporary joint custody agreement, but that arrangement gave way after Biermann’s March filing and the court’s temporary ruling against Zolciak.

What happens next is clear: both parents are due back in court on May 21st, and the temporary order gives Biermann the upper hand until then. For now, Zolciak has lost day-to-day custody, and the case now turns on whether that result holds once a judge hears the full dispute.
